As Laura says, it’s running till 4th January so there are still plenty of events to get stuck into. Not to mention the last market this Sunday!
As part of the programme, we’re bringing the Market Hall back to its roots by inviting local, independent businesses to sell their products. In the early 1800’s the building was thriving as a market, so much so that in 1835 the market trade widened the products available to corn and grain among other items. Admittedly, you will be unlikely to find these food items in the market on Sunday, but I am sure something else may catch your eye this Christmas.
