The Crafts Council is delighted to announce the launch of its new educational programme Craft School: Yinka’s Challenge! Over the course of the next year they will be working with Primary and Secondary schools to pilot a new programme of craft learning in the classroom, supported by and celebrating the work of design and craft superstar Yinka Ilori.
To celebrate the launch of this challenge they are hosting a full day digital event on the 9th of July that will bring together Craft Makers, Teachers, Storytellers and Yinka Ilori for practical craft sessions to explore themes of Play, Storytelling and Empowerment through craft.
