Co-work that works around you. The Real Ideas Plymouth campus includes creative Ocean Studios, enterprising Devonport Guildhall, and home of immersive tech Market Hall in Devonport. In Cornwall, enjoy co-working at surfy CSpace in Newquay. In 2022 we’ll be working to redevelop Liskeard Library too, connecting a network through the south west.
Our buildings reflect Real Ideas’ dedication to creating a broad, forward thinking and inclusive community, they each have their own personality – but all are warm and welcoming spaces.
Paid Members can choose to work from any of our locations, and gain access to a range of workshop facilities and meeting spaces. You also get to participate in our extensive programme of events (online and in our spaces), as well as access mentoring, support and coaching.

More than buildings, we work with the history of our spaces to create unique places to gather.
Ocean Studios is situated in the largest collection of Grade 1 listed buildings in Europe, Market Hall, built in 1852, is a fusion of state-of-the-art immersive technology with historic Plymouth, Devonport Guildhall is a regency gem with a bright and varied history of past uses and CSpace is a former hostel perched on the edge of Towan Beach.
Similarly, Liskeard Library is a project brining history and community together, we’re aiming to bring the library back to the town centre in 2022 and create a co-work and innovation space shortly after.
Our Content Partners collaborate with us to create content and experiences for our physical and digital spaces.
You will have the opportunity to share our space, network and reach. We can help you host your ideas or we can work with you as a co-host. You will be able to showcase your ideas, events and experiences with our targeted social enterprise, creative, education and business Members.
