Lorna Logan Programme Coordinator

Lorna joined Real Ideas in 2021 and supports young people with employability on a one to one and group basis. She brings 17 years experience as a trainer, facilitator and coach in the charity and not for profit sectors.

Lorna started her career in further education and welfare to work programmes and moved into workplace learning in the charity sector, supporting a range of staff, leaders and volunteers.

Lorna has a huge interest in learning and neuroscience along with bereavement, mental health and diversity and inclusion. She believes in the power of applying a humanistic approach to support.

“I’m from London and have recently started a new adventure in Plymouth. I’m getting some serious green and blue therapy from daily walks round Devil’s Point, enjoying far too many pasties and feel privileged to be part of a social enterprise that’s having so much positive impact on local communities”
