Eddy (or Ed) joined Real Ideas in 2021 as Operations Lead.

Eddy’s background is operations and project management in the marine tech sector which has taken him to some far-flung places around the world. With this industry perspective Eddy is aiming to help Real Ideas mange and implement systems, processes and procedures with the ultimate aim to increase the impact of the organisation.

Time with the family, cycling, growing veg and getting in the sea is how he mostly spends his free time.
