Deshni Pyndiah is a Programme and Reporting Operation Manager based in our Bristol office and has been working with us since 2014. With over 12 years’ experience working in the third sector for national organisations, in project delivery and management positions, she brings a breadth and depth of skills and experience to our organisation.
In her current role, Deshni ensures the effective operation of our funded programmes and our digital events programme, while offering specialist support to the creative and cultural sector through our role as Arts Council’s South West Bridge organisation. Deshni’s passions are firmly rooted in innovation, creativity and her purpose is centered on the use of social enterprise to make a difference in the world.
Advocating for inclusivity wherever possible and satisfying her love for music, outside of Real Ideas, Deshni is a non-executive director for social enterprise Saffron Records, a music education platform for women and is sub-committee member for Bristol Plays Music, the city’s music hub run by Bristol Music Trust.
