Job Purpose

As Finance Manager you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of Real Ideas is effectively managed. Working closely with the Head of Finance and other Strategic Leads, you will be responsible for developing and applying relevant financial systems and approaches, whilst having oversight of Real Ideas claims and reporting processes. You will provide direct management of the Finance team whilst working alongside members of the Reporting & Claims team. You will also offer coaching/support to non-finance specialists in aspects of finance management and control.
