Alex Sparrow Navigator

Alex is a Navigator on the Game Changer project at Real Ideas. He works in North Cornwall supporting young people between the ages of 15 and 24 who are seeking employment, or looking to get into education or training.

Alex previously worked for the Liaison and Diversion service within the NHS, supporting people from all ages within the Criminal Justice System to try and reduce reoffending rates. He also has 10 years’ experience working as a mentor and key worker for people with Learning Disabilities and Autism. Using his time spent in both roles he feels it is vital to help people to understand what barriers they face and empower them to overcome them from any situation.
