Ayshea Jenkins Partnership Manager

Ayshea has worked for Real Ideas since 2017 and is a member of the Operations Team. She works across several young person employability programmes, but her main role is Partnership Manager on the Game Changer project.

Prior to working at Real Ideas, Ayshea worked in social housing for over 20 years. She started within the sector working with general needs tenants, before specialising in sheltered, mental health support units and under 25 supported housing provision.
