Helen Power Navigator

Helen is a Game Changer Consultant for the west of Cornwall. She joined Real Ideas in January 2016.

Following her relocation with her family to Cornwall in 2009 Helen chose to embark on a career change, completing qualifications in Youth and Community Work and Coaching. Since then she has worked in a number of youth related settings in the county. Previously, Helen worked in staff training and development, workflow analysis and change management, IT, private enterprise and also in running a business with her husband.

Helen’s passion is in creating opportunities where young people can develop the personal insight and practical skills to become agents for positive change in their own lives and in their communities.
