Kate Rowlands Programme Lead

Driven by her passion to provide support through social enterprise approaches and co-production Kate has worked with young people to move them forward with their futures spanning across over 10 years.

With experience in supporting those with learning disabilities or long-term health conditions, Kate has an interest in ensuring the young people’s programmes are as inclusive as possible.

Currently, Kate works across several of the programmes we run to support young people including Game Changer and our 6 week employability intensives.
