Kelly Davies Consultant

Kelly has spent most of her working career in Health and Social care, working with individuals on the Autistic Spectrum. While having her two boys, Kelly studied to become a Person-Centred Therapist at Camborne College. She then began working for CRASAC as a counsellor. Alongside this she then left the Health and Social Care and began working in Employment and became a Supported Employment Practitioner, supporting adults with disabilities into employment and supporting them to remove the barriers that employment can create for individuals with disabilities.

Kelly decided that she wanted to broaden her skills and work with young people, so she joined Real Ideas in 2017 to work on the Talent Match programme. She is now a Programme Co-ordinator on the Game Changer programme.

Kelly has a passion for working with people and supporting them to overcome their barriers to allow them to reach their own personal goals and ambitions.
