Leanne Llewellyn Programme Coordinator

Leanne is a programme coordinator for Real Ideas, working on Game Changer and other youth programmes across Cornwall. She specialises in supporting young people to work in the food and hospitality industry, delivering training and inspiring experiences to engage young people in the sector and hopefully igniting a passion for all things food/hospitality related.

Leanne has worked in hospitality since the age of 14, has a BSc in Sports Science and has over 10 years of experience supporting young people within work-based learning and apprenticeships. Seeing young people realising their potential and getting excited about learning new skills is what drives Leanne and she loves creating unique learning experiences to challenge people and break down barriers.

Outside of work, food plays a huge part in Leanne’s life, as does the beach and outdoor adventures with her family. Random fact: I have walked to fire, made Dawn French a pastrami sandwich and have cooked for Terry Wogan.
