Paul Baxter Navigator

Paul is a Navigator on the Game Changer project at Real Ideas. He works in East Cornwall supporting young people 15 and 24 who are seeking employment or looking to get into education or training.

Paul previously worked for a Homeless Organisation in the Midlands supporting young people with finding and maintaining a home and enabling them to develop life skills and tackle the many barriers young people face.

He has 8 years’ experience working in a housing support role and been involved with creating and developing various young people’s projects tackling key issues affecting young people such as unemployment, confidence, mental health and social isolation.
