Rich Lake Project Administrator

Rich joined Real Ideas in November 2018 as a Project Administrator for the Game Changer programme, primarily to process participant paperwork. He has extensive administration skills, as well as experience of working in front-line services supporting vulnerable young people across the South West to overcome complex barriers and to reach their full potential.

He graduated from Plymouth Marjon University with a BA (Hons) in Children and Young People and an MA in Social Policy, where he developed a critical, solution-focused approach to his work. He is committed to making a positive contribution by supporting vulnerable children and young people to access sustainable education, employment and training opportunities.
