Plymouth Crew & Facilities Networking Evening at the
Market Hall

Film Plymouth in partnership with the Filming in England team
at Creative England are hosting a South West regional crew night to celebrate
the launch of the newly established Film Office service in the city.

Plymouth is home to many spectacular filming destinations,
from stunning waterfronts to historic cobbled streets, and the imposing post-war
city centre. Join us for an informative evening with updates from Creative
England and Film Plymouth, discussing the film facilitation service available, accommodation
and key contacts across the city, and the premiere of a promotional film
showcasing the locations on offer in the area for productions.

We will also be joined by Karen Mac, Film Officer at Screen
Cornwall to provide a short update on the joined-up crewing database offer with
Film Plymouth. Hannah Harris, CEO at Plymouth Culture and Allister Gall,
Filmmaker & Programme Leader for Filmmaking at the University of Plymouth, will
also be providing further oversight on the production landscape and the creative
opportunities available in Plymouth.

All crew and experience levels are welcome to attend and
there will be opportunity to network for the remainder of the evening to build
further industry contacts and view the demonstration of content in the immersive
dome.

Immersive Scratch Nights

From 7:30pm onwards Real Ideas are hosting the regular Immersive Scratch Nights in the dome, displaying a selection of new and
experimental 360 content which creators want to test with a live audience. If
this is of interest, details to book will be launching very soon, you can find more information on upcoming scratch nights HERE.
